All sales are final. Slim Thicc does not accept returns for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Exchange Requests

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We may accept exchanges for items that are unworn and undamaged. Every request is reviewed at our discretion, and approval is not guaranteed.

Before sending an item back, please contact Slim Thicc for authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Inspection and Approval

Returned items will be inspected after they arrive. An exchange will be approved only if the item passes inspection and meets our eligibility requirements.

Exchange Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including shipping the original item back to Slim Thicc and shipping the replacement item to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details so we can review the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
