Please review these Shipping, Returns & Exchange Terms before placing your order with Slim Thicc.

Order Processing

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • New shapewear and Sculptwear: 7–14 business days.
  • All other products: 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic Shipping

After processing is complete, domestic shipping generally takes 3–5 business days. Your total estimated delivery time is the applicable processing time plus the shipping time.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves our facility and may be outside our control.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide the options required by applicable law.

International Shipping

International shipping is available only where offered at checkout. Rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown during checkout.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We may accept exchanges for items that are unworn and undamaged. All exchange requests are reviewed at our discretion, and approval is not guaranteed.

Before sending an item back, please contact Slim Thicc for exchange authorization and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returned items will be inspected after they arrive. An exchange will be approved only if the item passes inspection and meets our eligibility requirements.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including shipping the original item back to Slim Thicc and shipping the replacement item to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details so we can review the issue.
